What I strive to do is not only guide your yoga practice, but also offer solid information on why you're doing what you're
doing in each pose. I really try to make sure that you're not only doing a pose safely, but also doing it to the best of
your ability to be able to obtain the greatest benefits for your mind, body, and spirit.
It is my philosophy that this is YOUR practice. Therefore, you need to benefit the most by the experience. I will be
the first to tell you if I feel that I cannot offer you what you need.
